How long will my order take to arrive?
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Are there any shipping charges?
Arihant led lights offers absolutely free shipping on most products in India.
Why is the delivery time different for different products?
o Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 12-15 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
Will I receive my order in a single package?
o Your order may contain products marked as "Sold by Arihant led lights", "Sold by Arihant led lights partners" or "Bulky Item". Each of these categories have different estimated delivery times:
All "Sold by Arihant led lights" products will reach you in a single package.
"Bulky items" will reach you in a separate package(s).
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Why did I receive a partial Order?
Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry your item is on its way.
In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.
In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
We, at Arihant led lights take immense pride in being lightening fast. The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.

How do I track my Order?
Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details. Please find the list below

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Net banking.
Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Arihant LED Lights. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on email@example.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.
I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Arihant led lights but I have never shopped with Arihant led lights. What do I do?
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Arihant led lights, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.
If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.
Why isn't COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
Why is tax being charged?
Tax represents Value added tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) that is collected and deposited by M.S.RailTech Consultants Pvt.Ltd to the government authorities.
How is tax amount (shown on payment page) calculated?
M.S.RailTech Consultants Pvt.Ltd is bearing tax for all products. However, in exceptional cases where the coupon discount of 20% or higher is applied and the applicable tax is equal-to or greater-than 5%, a flat 5% tax is collected on the paid price from customer and the balance tax amount is funded by Arihant LED Lights.
Will tax amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?
Yes, In case of refund/cancellation the entire amount, including the tax collected, is returned. In case only a part of your order is returned, tax amount charged corresponding to those items also will be refunded.
Do I need to pay tax again in case I exchange an item/order?

How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from Arihant led lights This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
Do you take orders over phone?
Yes, We do take orders over phone.
I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
o Net Banking 2-4 business days
o Debit Card 5-7 business days
o Credit Card 7-21 business days
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to Arihant led lights Credits deducted from my Account?
In case your order is not successful and Arihant LED Lights Credits has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, then it is not entitled for cancellation
I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
